Laser Cutting
Precision-cut components from prototype quantities through production runs, cut from your files and ready for downstream forming, welding and finishing.
Overview
What this process does.
Laser cutting is the first operation for most Trueline parts. We cut directly from customer-supplied CAD, which keeps geometry faithful to the design intent and removes the tooling cost associated with punching.
Because forming, welding and powder coating happen in the same building, cut parts move straight into the next operation instead of shipping between vendors.
