CNC Forming

Repeatable bends and formed components built to customer specifications, programmed from your part files and verified on the floor.

Overview

What this process does.

Forming turns flat cut parts into finished geometry. CNC control means the same bend sequence runs the same way on the first part and the last part of a production order.

Bend allowances are worked out against the material and thickness you specify, so flat patterns and finished dimensions stay consistent between runs.
